Captain Blankenship- Product Review

Hello, Lovelies! Today, we will be reviewing Captain Blankenship's products. Captain Blankenship is an all natural organic brand that we love!

1. The first product we will be reviewing from them is their Sea Salt Shimmer Spray. The packaging is beautiful, with a blue ombre look that reminds me of the ocean! The gold detailing is absolutely stunning.

This is the product out of the packaging:

This product is amazing! It is best used when your hair is damp. Simply spray in the delicious, beachy rose scented product for beautiful, shiny hair! This product will add life, shine, and eliminate dullness and frizziness from all hair types. It is made with Atlantic Sea Salt, which adds texture and waviness to your hair. It also has Aloe Vera and Sea Kelp extract to nourish and add moisture both to the hair and scalp. Overall, this product is simply amazing, and we would highly recommend purchasing it for a low price of only 16 U.S dollars!

Mermaid Dry Shampoo

Price: $24 U.S Dollars (4.8 ounce)

This dry shampoo is simply amazing because it immediately gets rid of eases oils and makes your hair look like you just stepped out of the shower! It also adds volume to your hair. It smells like rose and is made of arrowroot and rice powder.

Anchor Balm:

Price: $20.00 U.S Dollars(1.5 Ounces)

This anchor balm can be used for moisturizing the lips, hands, or body! Personally, I think it works great as a moisturizing lip balm, hand lotion or cream. It smells like a strong, fresh clean scent, maybe a little minty. The use of almond oil helps to moisturize. The above picture is the outside packaging, which is a metal tin with a beautiful ombre beachy design.

This above picture is the product inside the tin. It has a smooth, slightly greasy consistency, but that greasiness goes away as soon as the product hits your lips. It is incredibly moisturizing, and we would definitely recommend it!

Lime and Vetiver Cream Deodorant:

Price: $16 US Dollars

This deodorant smells absolutely amazing, like a key-lime pie! The initial box itself is stunning, with the same ombre beachy design.

The blue, glass packaging is absolutely gorgeous and very well made. It feels very weighty, which confirms that it is well made! It also has a nice sturdy lid, and it is a pretty travel-friendly size. I am not sure if it is a travel-friendly material though, since it is glass!

This is the inside product. It is a white color with a medium consistency. Upon the first three hours or so, it worked fine! But after that, the key-lime scent started to wear off. I would recommend this deodorant to someone who does not struggle a lot with underarm odor or does not tend to sweat a lot. For me, personally, this did not work out, but I'm sure that there is someone out there who this will work for!

Rose and Pomegranate Face Oil

Price: $38 U.S Dollars (full size)

This face oil is a winner in my book. It has an earthy, flowery scent. The applicator is a dropper for this product, and I think it dispenses a perfect amount of product onto the skin. I use about two drops. It feature Jojoba Oil, which is a really good moisturizing oil. It also has Pomegranate Seed Oil and Carrot Seed Oil, Both of these oils have nourishing and detoxifying properties. I put this oil on my neck at night everyday for a week to test it. After a week, I did notice a change in the sharpness of the lines! It seemed like they had melted back into my skin.

Overall:

Overall, the Captain Blankenship Products were a success! I think that most of them worked really well, and I love them even more because they are an all-natural, cruelty free brand. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for all-natural products that really work!
